George Foreman GRP106QPGR 360 Electric Nonstick Round-Shaped Grill with 5 Interchangeable Grill Plates, Red

I was very excited to try out my new grill but that excitement quickly turned to frustration. Somebody had the bright idea to attach a very large sticker to the entire top of the unit. I’m not sure if it was stored at Amazon in a humid area or if the manufacturer made a very poor choice of adhesives for this sticker. Whatever the reason, I have spent hours trying to remove the adhesive from my new grill and nothing has removed it. I don’t want to turn the grill on because that will just bake the adhesive into the grill even more. So, back to Amazon it goes. I’ve wasted enough time on this one.

I received this grill for Christmas and couldn’t wait to try it. It had all the features I thought I wanted in a grill. Upon removing the unit from the box, the first thing I noticed was how cheaply made and flimsy the temperature control is. I decided that if the temp control is so cheaply made and hard to control the temp, I wasn’t going to waste any more time on it. I re-packed it in the box and plan on returning it to the store tomorrow. I think George Foreman himself wouldn’t want his name associated with such an inferior product.

This Grill is a must have! We love our grill, we have grilled chicken, beef, hot dogs and the list goes on. We love the easy clean plates & easy assembly. We would most certainly recommend purchasing one.

Just got this grill for Christmas. It looks very impressive, but after an hour, I’m still working on this sticker. It’s an advertisement FOR ITSELF. The only people that see it is the manufacturer, and the person that bought/received it–otherwise, someone who clearly gets the message this company has been sending. This is quite the appliance from first glimpse, however it instructs that you must remove the sticker before operating it. If I wasn’t required to, I would leave it on. Isopropyl alcohol is not available, but I shouldn’t need it for a damn sticker. I’ve been using a large knife, and this plastic cover is getting quite scratched as a result. I shouldn’t need to be doing this.

Having owned a George Foreman grill before, and wanting to upgrade it. I purchased a new grill after my old grill started to die. When I received the grill I was surprised to see that it did not have a temperature setting, but simply High and Low. It did not have a timer with an alarm, which makes it must more difficult to use especially if your doing more than one thing. Overall I see this grill as inferior to the previous grill, which we loved, and used everyday.

Unfortunately I did not read the details of the grill carefully enough, that was my fault, but George really, why would you want to go from outstanding to poor.

Not so happy consumer.
